What we collect
- Details you give us in the Start a project form or by email: your name, email address, brand name, website or social account, your message, and any photos or videos you upload.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and what you paid for. We never see or store your card details.
- Our emails with you about your project.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotes: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To deliver your project and take payment: to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounts and records: to meet our legal obligations, for example to HMRC.
- To contact businesses about our services: our legitimate interest in promoting our business. Every message includes an easy way to opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect it:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Our email and file storage provider.
- Generative AI tools, which receive your product images only to create your Work.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which deliver the fonts and code this website uses and receive your IP address when you visit.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred abroad, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months.
